Resulting from the distillation of the grape skins after vinification, this alcohol marc is very typical. Distillation is carried out in a still double wall where the solids are agitated in permanently to avoid caramelization. Furthermore, this distillation is done under partial vacuum in order to respect the fruity expression of aromas. Once distilled, this marc is aged in new Cognac barrels
